What are the amounts of the order processing costs and shipping costs?

What are the delivery times?
Once the order has been shipped, it is delivered within 2 or 3 working days, to your home.
Your order will only be processed upon receipt of payment, and subject to the availability of the selected items.
Payment by credit cards: the following cards are accepted: CB, VISA, VISA electron, Mastercard, Maestro or e-credit card.
Delivery takes place via ROYAL MAIL in UK.
• You will receive your package in 4 to 10 days after receipt of your payment (maximum time taking into account the processing time of the order).
• This service is only valid for available items, excluding holidays, weekends.
• If an item is unavailable, you will be notified by email or mail of the delivery time.
If the product does not suit me, how should I return it?
At the latest within 7 days of receiving your item, fill the return form (lien pour le formulaire de retour), then print the return label so that you can return the product to us for free.
Are returns free?
Yes, returns are free. Products must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging. Call us at 0800-331-7064 to ask a return, then our advisor will send you a pre-paid label to stick to the parcel.
How do I choose my size for products on the epitact.co.uk site?
Whenever a measurement is necessary, you will find in the product sheet the methods that allow you to determine your size.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on the 'my account' button at the top right of the screen. Then press 'Forgot your password? Click here'. Enter your email address. Click the 'submit' button.
An e-mail is then sent to you. From your mailbox click on the link indicated in the email received and enter the new password you want.
